CI Program Development
This project delivered a comprehensive Continuous Improvement (CI) program for a major gas producer, designed to support and enhance their existing culture of innovation. By utilizing the Microsoft 365 suite, the solution minimized costs while providing scalable, fit-for-purpose tools tailored to production operations and the Remote Operations Centre. The program included intuitive submission processes, automated approvals, a structured SharePoint ecosystem, and a dynamic Power BI dashboard for prioritization. As one of the company’s first projects to leverage Microsoft 365 at this scale, it set a benchmark for future digital transformations.
