Husky Hussar Acquisition

This project facilitated the seamless integration of a newly acquired energy asset portfolio, including 350 producing wells, a major propane plant, and extensive infrastructure. The implementation ensured uninterrupted Day-01 production, operational continuity, and long-term stability within the energy portfolio.

Strategic Asset Integration

Incorporated a propane plant, oil facilities, and 350 producing wells into the purchasers existing field operation portfolio.

People-Centered Transition

Coordinated the onboarding of 26 new personnel, addressing training, role alignment, and team cohesion. Designed processes to integrate new staff seamlessly into existing operations.

Unified Operational Framework

Standardized and integrated critical systems, including SCADA and field data tools, creating a centralized source of truth for data and enabling streamlined workflows.

Successful Day-01 Start

Delivered the integration project ahead of schedule and under budget, achieving operational readiness across all facilities within 60 days, while safeguarding productivity and compliance.
