Background

Trades Optimization & Time on Tools

This optimization initiative focused on addressing the declining efficiency and rising costs in trades operations. Employee trades were increasingly burdened with administrative tasks, reducing their availability for core maintenance activities. By consolidating and analyzing 15 months of data, we identified barriers to productivity and developed actionable insights to realign trades personnel with high-value work, enhancing operational efficiency and cost control.
